AeroCoreMX is a subscription software service ("Service") operated as AeroCoreMX, a product of UlfApp.com ("we," "us," "our"), for use by aircraft maintenance shops and their authorized personnel ("you," "your," "Subscriber"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create a Subscriber account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and PIN confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans are billed monthly or annually, at your choice. Every new Subscriber's first month is free. Annual plans purchased in a Subscriber's first year receive a two-month discount on top of the free first month; renewal years bill at the standard annual rate. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, add individual modules, or cancel at any time from your account's Subscription settings.
The Service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to store or transmit data you don't have the right to use, or in any way that could disable, damage, or overburden the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.
You retain all rights to the maintenance records, customer data, and other content you enter into the Service. We don't sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
We take reasonable steps to keep the Service available and back up Subscriber data on a regular schedule. The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and scheduled maintenance windows will be used for updates where practical.
AeroCoreMX's digital signature and record-entry features are built with reference to 14 CFR 43.9, 14 CFR 43.11, and FAA Advisory Circular 120-78B. The Service is a record-keeping tool — your organization's Accountable Manager, Quality organization, and/or Inspection Authorization personnel remain solely responsible for ensuring your shop's use of the Service meets your certificate's specific regulatory obligations.
If you cancel, your account moves to read-only/export access for 90 days, after which access is locked. Your data is retained for a total of three years from your cancellation date, after which it becomes eligible for permanent deletion.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your own subscription at any time as described in Section 8.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
