Pick a plan, tell us your subdomain, and your shop's account is set up directly — you'll get a login link by email to set your password and you're in. No lengthy onboarding call required to get started.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account's first month is free, on any plan. If it's not a fit, cancel before your first bill and you won't be charged.
Can I import my existing customer, aircraft, and parts data?
Yes — reach out once you sign up and we'll help get your existing records into AeroCoreMX so you're not starting from a blank shop.
Do you offer training, or is the software self-explanatory?
AeroCoreMX ships with a full in-app User Manual covering every module, available to every user right from Settings. Most shops are up and running without any separate training session.
Is my shop's data secure and backed up?
Every tenant's data is fully isolated from every other shop on the platform, hosted on a US-based server, with nightly automated backups.
Does AeroCoreMX work on tablets and phones, or just desktop computers?
AeroCoreMX is designed tablet-first for the hangar floor, and works on any modern desktop browser too — no app to install on either.
Are digital signatures in AeroCoreMX legally compliant for maintenance records?
Digital sign-off is built around 14 CFR 43.9 & 43.11 record-entry requirements and FAA AC 120-78B electronic signature guidance. As with any maintenance system, we'd still recommend your own quality manager or FAA office confirm it fits your shop's specific certificate.
What happens if I need to add a module or location later?
Add individual modules like Parts Inventory or the Customer Portal at any time — you're never locked into what you picked on day one. For more locations: Basic covers 1 location and Pro covers 3; Enterprise includes 6 and can add up to 4 more at $15/month each; Enterprise Plus includes up to 30.
