AMM Reference Library & Two-Factor Login Security

New standalone add-on module: a searchable library for your manufacturer maintenance manuals — AMM, IPC, SRM, CMM, Avionics, Engine, Propeller, Service Bulletins, Service Information, and Flight Manuals — with a "smart" auto-match that puts the right manual in front of a technician without them ever having to go looking for it.

Upload once, search anytime

Upload your manuals as PDFs — large files are fully supported, real manuals can run into the hundreds of pages. Tag each one with its type, aircraft Make, Model, and the year range it applies to, plus its revision date so everyone from admin to tech can confirm at a glance they're looking at the current edition. Search by free text or cascading Make → Model → Year filters, and open any manual in a clean new tab.

Smart auto-match on every NRWC

This is the real point of the module: open a Non-Routine Work Card for an aircraft, and if a matching manual is in the library, it's already sitting right there on the page — correct Make, Model, and Year, one click, new tab. No searching required.

Real two-factor login security

Every login is now protected by device-bound two-factor authentication, on by default for every shop — no setup, no toggle to find. A device your team already trusts gets a fast PIN-based "welcome back" screen instead of retyping email and password. A new or unrecognized device always requires full email + password, followed by a 6-digit code sent straight to that user's inbox before a session opens. The signature PIN techs already use for sign-offs is what powers the quick resume — it can never start a brand-new session on its own, so a lost or unattended device can't be talked into a login with just a guessed PIN.

Availability

AMM Reference Library is included with Enterprise and Enterprise Plus. Available as a paid add-on ($49/mo or $588/yr) for Basic and Pro.
